Trail Day–152
Trail Mile–-14.5/1,743.3
Location–Culvers Gap, then to Mosey’s Hostel, Port Jervis, NY, AT Mile 1,324.6

Beautiful weather for hiking, but my attitude, my not-happy state of mind (and failure to overcome)–this one goes down as anything but joyful.

If you are distressed by anything external,
the pain is not due to the thing itself,
but to your estimate of it;
and this you have the power to revoke at any moment.
