A solid, nourishing meal (Shepherds Pie) here at The Cabin last evening did much to begin restoring my strength and energy level. But the Saddlebacks beat me up good, no denying it, and I’m still pretty much tired and sore this morning. Rain has been forecast for today and it soon arrives. A no brainer, this will be a zero-mile day. Feet up, rest, sleep.

A full spread breakfast, then spaghetti and meatballs for supper. Wonderful place, The Cabin!
